I have 18 years of human resources experience with a specialization in talent management including workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.

I have significant experience in managing globally dispersed employees and enjoy the diversity of employee management.

I hold a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

In my free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cities, power walking and family time together.
